1.1 Minimum Age

The 768bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 768bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

768bet primarily serves the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 768bet makes no representation that its services are legal or available in all locations. Players accessing 768bet from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

1.3 Prohibited Persons

2.2 One Account Policy

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 768bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. 768bet is not responsible for any losses arising from currency fluctuations.

3.5 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use 768bet as a financial instrument. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine participation in betting or gaming activity is prohibited and may constitute money laundering. 768bet actively monitors for such behaviour and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified 768bet account in good standing.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 768bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it believes the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Each promotion will state its own wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin table games, ties, and certain side bets — may not count or may count at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

768bet employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in guaranteed returns from bonus funds; and systematically exploiting mathematical advantages in bonus structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have winnings voided, bonuses removed, and the account may be permanently suspended.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

768bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its absolute discretion. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 768bet system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed after the event start time will be void unless 768bet explicitly offers in-play (live) betting on the relevant market.

5.2 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a palpable or manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect match data, incorrect game outcome, or system malfunction — 768bet reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes, or to correct the error and settle bets at the correct terms. This applies regardless of whether the error was made by 768bet, a data provider, or a third-party game studio.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on 768bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game studios. 768bet does not alter game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the game studio's server logs will be the definitive record of the session outcome.

5.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the 768bet platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, logos, and game content — is the intellectual property of 768bet or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
